Manual 15 is an official circular issued by the Director (Animal Products) of the
Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, pursuant to the Meat Act 1981 under delegated
authority from the Director-General of Agriculture and Forestry (D-G). Manual 15
forms part of a series of specifications issued by the D-G which relate to the supply of
goods or services to the industries that are regulated under the Meat Act 1981 and
